I've realised that when I read recipes on blogs, the one thing that really annoys me is reading the whole section before the recipe. Especially in a time crunch.

So, if you like that, then I apologise in advance, because I'm cutting right to the chase.

INGREDIENTS:
For every 1lbs of hamburger meat, add:
1 tsp mustard
1 small onion, finely grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP ketchup OR BBQ
sauce (we use ketchup)

1 tsp dried thyme OR dried oregano (we use thyme).

There are two ways to make these burgers. Either A) on a Barbeque or B) in a frying pan. Since we live in an apartment that bans the use of indoor or outdoor barbeques, we use a frying pan.

METHOD:
Add a lb of meat into a bowl.
Add all ingredients to the bowl and gently mix the meat and ingredients together.
Continue to add a lb of meat and the respective ingredients to the bowl at a time, gently mixing everything together.
Once everything is mixed, roll the meat into burgers of any size you'd like, but equally 3/4 inch in width.
Add a thumbprint dip into the center of each burger to prevent swelling of meat.

OPTION A (BBQ):
Add burgers to the BBQ at medium-high heat (6/7)
Cook burgers evenly each side until brown inside (roughly about 6 mins each side).
Serve with fries, veggies and your chosen condiments.

OPTION B (Frying Pan):
Preheat stove to medium-low heat (3/4).
Add burgers to a large frying pan, usually this will be 3 burgers at a time.
Cook evenly each side until brown inside (roughly around 9-10 mins each side).
Serve with fries, veggies and your chosen condiments.
